FOR WHO?
Everyone interested in authentic Korean martial arts is invited and encouraged to take part in this summer school. For practitioners of unarmed martial arts such as karate, hapkido and taekwondo this could be an interesting opportunity to complement their range with weapon skills. However also absolute beginners with no martial arts experience at all are welcome to try this magnificent art of self defence. Contrary to martial sports, the emphasis of Sibpalki is on ‘art’. It means the priority to perfectioning skills and self cultivation rather than competition.

WHERE?
Amsterdam West - ‘Grote Zaal’ of the WG-terrein, Ketelhuisplein 41 (Paviljoen 2) on the corner of Anna Sprenglerstraat. Tram 1, 3, 12, 7 and 17. If the weather permits we will train in the nearby Vondelpark. Participants are kept posted by mobile phone and/or e-mail.
